The formation community in the novitiate was established in 2011. The community is made up of novices, the novitiate directress and sisters. The sisters support the formation process through their life and example. The formation community is housed on the top floor of the Franziskushaus. Sisters of the provincial house community live on the first floor and second floor of the Franciscan House.
There are now three professed sisters in the community and one novice. One sister is engaged in the kindergarten and in the activities of the parish as well. There is also an elderly sister who works in the convent kitchen.
It is a community of formation and therefore they try to faithfully follow daily routine alternating prayer, work and moments of togetherness. They attach great importance to personal and community prayers, Holy Mass, Liturgy of the Hours, Adoration, daily liturgical preparation and renewal chapters etc.
