There is a warm relationship between the Kindergarten team and the sisters. Several of our sisters have worked there as kindergarten teachers. Sr. Ai Tschüen, who was the first local Kindergarten teacher, is still the honorary president today.
Around 160 children between the ages of 2 and 6 currently attend the Catholic Kindergarten in Malan, which is particularly popular with parents. A special feature of the Kindergarten is that children from low-income backgrounds, children with special needs and children from the indigenous population are prioritized for admission.
