This is the smallest and newest community in the province, started with 4 sisters. Presently they are only two sisters.
The visitation began with a smooth snowfall, which welcomed us. Both sisters are witnesses to the people in the Parish Church and take care of the activities of the children and the youth to deepen their faith. They are available for the care of the sick in the families, a priest who is sick, and make adjustments in the convent building to the needs of the families. There is mutual support and help between the sisters and the two priests of the parish. The sisters collect herbal plants from the hills and prepare herbal medicines and Herbal tea which has great popularity. The handmade Rosaries are sent to different pilgrimage centers. They live in the present situation in faith and hope, fulfilling the needs of the time, and looking for God’s ways to the future.
It was significant to visit the grave of 4 sisters in Zlatými Moravica, close to Topolčianky convent, who came to Slovakia from Motherhouse to begin the mission in Slovakia.
