Just five kilometers away from the Provincial House in Wels lies the peaceful community of Thalheim – a place where serenity and spiritual life blend harmoniously in the midst of a beautiful garden.
This house was built 50 years ago as a convalescent home for nurses from the Klinikum hospital. With its own small therapy pool and a soothing atmosphere, it became a cherished place for recovery.
Over the years, not only local sisters, but also members of other religious communities found comfort and new strength in this house.
Today, the spirit of care and hospitality continues by three sisters who uphold its welcoming traditions and service.
