Three aspects of spirituality that shape the work in the General Chapter
“Spirituality of nevertheless” the courage not to give up even in adverse circumstances also, in failure, in apparent futility, but to continue and remain open to new, different possibilities of the Holy Spirit.
“Spirituality of Diversity” that is open to colorfulness, variety, differences, otherness and strangeness. It invites to allow and accept experiences of this kind in the chapter as richness and challenge.
“Spirituality as life in and with the Spirit of God”, e.g. remaining open to surprises, asking questions and being able to stop and accept inspiration that the Spirit gives through others.
