After having a 45 minutes drive and passing through the green field, we reached Slavonski Brod, a small beautiful town on the bank of the well known river Sava. On the other side of the river is Bosnia.
The community consists of three sisters engaged in two parishes namely Holy Trinity church of Franciscan Monastery belonging to the parish church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and the other parish church of Immaculate Heart of Mary. The sisters are taking care of the sacristy, the pastoral work, Mother Theresa Circle and also the choir. One sister takes care of the house and the kitchen. The presence of Holy Cross Sisters in this place plays a very significant role.
