Osijek is the capital of Slavonia and is a popular destination for tourists from all over the world. The city is rich in historical monuments.
The sisters of the community are active in various areas: School, hospital, parish, FRAMA and in their own household. The three sisters take care of patients in the neurosurgery department, the pediatrics department and in intensive care in pediatrics. The four teachers work at the Jesuit secondary school, at the construction and surveying school, at the school for applied arts, technical school and natural sciences and as religion teaching / catechism at various schools. The other three sisters work in the parish and support the sisters in the household.
The sisters are hospitable to the sick sisters and all those who come to the Osijek Clinical Hospital Centre for medical check-ups; they take care of the sick sisters from the region who are being treated in the hospital.
One sister was honoured by the town of Belišća with the ‘Plaketu Grb grada Belišća’ for her 20 years of outstanding work as a catechist, organist and choir directress. Her fellow sisters are delighted with this prestigious honour.
