Four of the five sisters in the Provincial Leadership live in the Ingenbohl convent. One Provincial Councillor lives in the community in Fribourg and regularly comes to Ingenbohl for meetings, or the sisters travel to Fribourg.
A central theme of leadership is the implementation of the provincial strategy ‘In all fragility, nevertheless – growing in becoming smaller.’
