Seeing the need of the people, the land was purchased in 1990 and the convent was blessed in 1991. The sisters started the Pre-primary school, stitching and embroidery courses. The sisters also collaborated in the social development program.
There are 3 sisters in the community. Two sisters take care of the nursery classes. There are around 196 children and 8 teachers. The teachers are very hard working and the children’s performance is appreciated.
The community also takes care of the sisters who come for their medical treatment. Anyone who comes here, feels at home.
