The sisters of the community are engaged in multiple ministries: Health Care, Primary school, and a nonformal school. They also have a hostel for the staff of the health center. The health Center which is famous for Snakebite life-saving treatment, operates 24 hours. The sisters and the staff are alert to every moment the patients are brought. With snake venom removal stones, antivenom, and other medicines along with the loving care of the sisters and the staff, the patients are miraculously saved. Presently, critical patients are taken care of and revived their lives by artificial respiration and intubation (hand-regulated simple and less costly ventilator). This treatment has become popular among the people who live even 80 kilometers away from the health center. But the distance is too much, and by the time the patient is brought, the patient dies. In this way, already this year 190 patients were brought dead. This makes the sisters very sad.

Therefore, they have a dream to start another such health care center much nearer to snake bite prone area.  This current year 13,040 patients including some general patients were treated.

As per the need of the time and foreseeing the scope for the growth of the school the medium of instruction in the school is changed from Hindi to English. One sister began a nonformal instruction for the poor and low caste children of the neighbourhood.
