The community was founded on 17 August 2012. The first 3 sisters of the community initially lived as subtenants in a flat in Záhorská Bystrica. A year later, in August 2013, they moved into the parish building.
The mission of the community is to accompany children and young people, families and the sick, the elderly, the suffering and the abandoned through prayer and care, and thus to be messengers of peace and heralds of the truth and God’s mercy.
The sisters run the 4-group parish kindergarten of Blessed Sr. Zdenka with 80 children. In addition, the three sisters are engaged in the parish in preparing the children for their First Communion, accompanying a children’s group, serving in the sacristy and helping with communion in the church and in the parish old age home.
What is special about the kindergarten is that it is based on the concept of community education, the 3 pillars: Family, Love and Faith are at the centre. The two patron saints of the kindergarten are Blessed Sr. Zdenka and the founder of the Focolare Movement, Chiara Lubich.
