The foundation stone for this house was laid by Bishop Augustinus in March 1996. After completion of the necessary construction work, the sisters moved to Civil Lines in June 1997.
The purpose of this house was to support women and provide accommodation for working women and students. The hostel for college students still exists. Recently, there is also a day care centre in the house.
There are currently 4 sisters who are studying in the community. An important task of this community is also to be open for sisters who are travelling through or have to do business in the capital city Raipur. The important authorities, universities and colleges of the state of Chhattisgarh are located in Civil Line.
At the beginning of the foundation of the Mid India Province in 2015, it was also the seat of the Provincial Leadership for a short time.
