Some impressions from the end of the Chinese New Year celebrations in Taitung on the weekend of 23-25 February 2024, which we were able to witness with excitement.
An altar with gods and offerings is set up in front of many houses. People hope for blessings and prosperity for the New Year.
The whole thing was accompanied by firecrackers and fireworks, regardless of the time of the day!
