The house was completed in 1955 and was given the name ‘Annaheim Graz’. Since the new retirement and nursing home was built in 1983, the three sisters still live in the house on one floor.
The current Annaheim of the Sisters of the Holy Cross has 95 beds and also accommodates several diocesan priests for nursing care.
One sister is the director of the residential and nursing home for the elderly and the other two sisters provide various smaller services.
Since last year, the Annaheim has been integrated into the Holy Cross Sisters Social Services Company GmbH of Styria, which also includes the St Joseph’s Home in Rein and the Pius Institute in Bruck an der Mur.
