On occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birthday of Sister Zdenka, and as part of this Jubilee Year, a great feast was celebrated in Bratislava this weekend. Together with many members of the parish community, the Sisters of the Slovak Province celebrated our Blessed Sister Zdenka. Many Sisters from Austria, Bavaria (Germany), the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Uganda (Africa), along with two representatives of the General Leadership, Sisters Lucila Zovac and Jaroslava Kotulá`ková, had joined them in the celebrations.
On December 28th, 2015, the Jubilee Year of the Blessed Sister Zdenka had been inaugurated within a Eucharistic Celebration in Podunajské Biskupice, in the Province Slovakia. The Jubilee Year will conclude on December 30th, 2016. The high points had been on this September 16th, and 17th. in Bratislava, the place of the beatification of Sr. Zdenka.
