The Ashanilayam Community and Training Centre comprise the home for the elderly sisters and the Training Centre for postulants.
Currently, a common postulancy program for 26 postulants from four Indian Provinces is being carried out at the Formation Centre: six postulants are from the Central Province, nine from the North-East Province, seven from the Province Mid India and four from the East Province. Two sisters accompany them on their journey of formation. Postulants are also actively involved in the preparation and organisation of various jubilees and profession celebrations.
