The area is populated mainly by tribal communities, and the mission focuses on serving them through various ministries. In the early years, the sisters lived in a simple mud house. After nearly ten years a new convent building was made.<\/p>\n<p>Our sisters have contributed wholeheartedly, especially through their service in the parish school, where they worked to educate the poor children of the locality, opening doors to education and a brighter future. At present, there are four sisters in the community. They are involved in health care and socio-pastoral activities. One sister serves as a staff in the parish school with a government post.
