FOUNDATION MARIA THERESIA SCHERER INGENBOHL<\/h1>\n

To alleviate any kind of human need \u2013 this is and remains a special task of our community. In order to make the best use of donations, we founded the Foundation Maria Theresia Scherer Ingenbohl in the year 2013. The Foundation aims at promoting, supporting and granting humanitarian charitable help. This includes emergency relief in ecclesial and secular work both here and abroad.<\/p>\n

The Foundation may grant these benefits on application to third parties and to the Community of the Sisters of Mercy of the Holy Cross, Ingenbohl.<\/p>\n

The Foundation also supports innovative, educative and community building projects of our sisters all over the world.<\/p>\n

The Foundation pursues, exclusively and directly, charitable non-profit purposes in the sense of income tax laws. The Foundation is a non-profit organization and therefore tax-free.<\/p>\n

The Foundation is transparent in giving account on the effectiveness of the donations.<\/p>\n

The highest authority in the Foundation is the Foundation Council (Board of Trustees). It is made up of eight members; these are the General Leadership with the General Treasurer.<\/p>\n
