26 years ago, this community was established here. To this day, the great concern of the sisters is to strengthen people in their faith, to give them support in social matters, to empower them for their own initiative, and enable them to obtain education in their own locality.
In recent years, a new need has emerged: care and support for seriously ill people who are at home. Therefore, one sister is involved in palliative care. The urgent need would be a place where abandoned and seriously ill people can be taken care of and accompanied.
This mission requires versatile skills and flexibility from the sisters: taking care of the seriously ill at home, Kindergarten and school, farm and garden, parish and community activities, such as: reviving widows’ forum, family counselling etc.
