Tertianship is an intense period of formation at the end of the juniorate. This program is conducted at Sitagarha. The duration used to be of six months, but from 2025 onward, it is of nine months. Fourteen sisters are participating: six from the Central Province, four from the North-East Province, three from the Mid-India Province, and one from the India East Province.
This is a time for growing in a personal and intimate relationship with the compassionate and crucified Jesus. It is also a time to deepen their understanding of the charism and to confirm their call to be Holy Cross Sisters. They also learn to relate with one another in a mature way within the community and with collaborators as well.
