Seven sisters live in a community directly in the Hotel St. Elisabeth, which is run by the Hegne Convent Foundation. Under the motto of Father Theodosius, ‘The needed of the time is the will of God” the sisters are active in various areas of the hotel. They are the contact persons for hotel guests, inviting them to prayer times and Eucharistic services, to festive occasions such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter under the motto: Celebrate differently. The sisters are present in the service, in spiritual accompaniment, accompanying guests through art exhibitions and a variety of spiritual programs. These are organized by the Theodosius Academy. Their main responsibility is to be present in the hotel, in a spirit of welcome, hospitality and openness to all who are seeking a place of rest that meets their needs.
The days spent together were marked by warm, trusting encounters and conversations.
